Test that early breakpoints are working

• Open DevTools Toolbox
• Select the Debugger panel
• (#1) Pause on JS Exceptions - check "Pause on exceptions" in Debugger and reload this page, it should pause
• (#2) Pause on Caught JS Exceptions - check "Pause on exceptions" and "Pause on caught exceptions" in Debugger and reload this page, it should pause
• Reload the page, the debugger should pause on exception
